Game Pitch
After constantly wiping on progression raids the drama in the guild AwesomeSauce has hit a breaking point. Veteran players are leaving, the rest are constantly fighting, and the guild leader is only looking out for their own gain.
During an especially tense guild flame war you call out the guild leader and tell him your dog would do a better job than them. They called you out on it, thinking it was BS. But your dog is smart and always slept under your desk while you were raiding. It might just work...

Gameplay overview
You are a dog, and yet you must take over the communication-heave role of raid leader. Your only way of communicating is a set of voiced dog buttons.
Command your raid using a limited vocabulary calling out roles, actions and targets. The meaning and action of those words is intentionally ambiguous. As with all human communication, the players you lead do not always fully understand what you mean. Plus on top of that you are a dog.
In between raids, the guild management meta game ties together the overall game progression with some roguelike elements.

Controls
Lead your raid by giving them commands. Commands specify ROLE, performing an ACTION on a TARGET.
All words available to build commands are shown on screen and correspond to the button layout below.
Additionally the target for the THERE command can be set via mouse cursor or moved by the right joystick on the controller.
Which words are roles, actions and targets? - Yes.
What does THERE mean? - Right THERE.

Please explain how your game fits the theme.
Progression raids under a bad raid and guild leader come with a high cost. Many players left the guild or quit the game altogether. The last chance to stop this downward spiral is by replacing bad leadership. In a hail mary attempt you nominate your dog as the new leader.
But even under better leadership the nature of social multiplayer games takes a heavy toll:
Wipes lower player motivation
Loot arguments incite guild drama
Players being passed over for raid participation might leave
Successful raids require strong players, but in turn attract more particular new players.

Music is great and I love the dog.  but sadly that's all I was able to admire.  The controls aren't working and I'm just stuck on the main screen after the intro.  Would love to see this work so I can give a full play through!

I did some more testing and I the only issue with controls I could find is not all joypad controls working in browser on steam deck.

I tested the following browsers on desktop and all work without any control issue:

Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Brave, Edge.

Both keyboard and controller work, even my dualsense works wirelessly now.

Note that the buttons are not supposed to be clickable, nor touchable, input only via keyboard or controller. The buttons are interactive during the loading screen, which shows the control mapping, you can test input there. The dog buttons should play a small animation and a sound snippet.

Can you give me more info what is not working on your end so I can look into it?

(Does anyone know why some posts appear both here on the rating page and the game pages, but replies only on either?)
