Report with Specs: Compatibility build on Windows 11 using an Elgato Wave XLR Mk.2, Elgato Wave DX microphone, Logitech G733 Lightspeed headset with USB receiver, and Elgato Wave Link updated to the latest version. In version 0.5.1, my microphone was detected correctly. The waveform animated, the playback progress bar moved normally, and the "live microphone" feature worked. However, whenever I clicked "hear recording," I couldn't hear my recorded voice, both in the microphone settings test and during gameplay. To troubleshoot, I tried both the normal and compatibility versions of 0.5.1, updated Wave Link, completely closed Wave Link including the Wave Link SE service, bypassed Wave Link entirely, verified my Windows input and output devices, and tested with both my Wave DX and Logitech G733 headset microphones. The issue remained the same regardless of microphone or third-party audio software. After installing the 0.5.2-dev2 compatibility build, the issue was immediately resolved. "Hear recording" now plays back correctly, and both "live microphone" and in-game recording playback work as expected. Thanks for putting together this test build—it fixed the microphone playback issue on my system.

I appreciate the detailed report 🫡 Great to hear this test build is solving the issue for some people!
