There's a lot here. I love the color theming, with the death moves picked out in carmine. The one-sentence characterizations are very well crafted -- I can tell so much about the NPCs just from these small descriptions.
The descriptions of the tech are among the best I've seen in this kind of sci-fi crossover thing. I especially like the "mirrors." But then also the fact that the nobles alone can operate the magic devices of the tower tells more backstory than telling it would do.
The design of the tower firmly places this into a certain kind of pulp territory. Great choice there.
Really good stuff here. It's somehow gonzo without being gonzo.

Great vibes, love the premise and the NPCs. Seems a tad deadly, but I’m sure some people will love the challenge.
The rocket dungeon could have used some Jaquaysing to make it less linear.
The art of the map is very nice.
An interesting module that will keep the players busy. The layout is clean, with a awesome map.
I love how the map and description just ooze retro science-fantasy. I'm guessing the tower is an upside-down spaceship powered by a black hole but you never mention it, so if the GM doesn't notice then the mystery will carry over to the players. "Superfluous nobles" might be a little redundant tho :) Great work!
That dungeon map is so awesome. Each clerics are unique, and I love the description for the rooms of the tower. Amazing stuff!
Eye catching dungeon and an interesting cast of characters!
