Hi. Can I have some questions?
1) Is there planned any MtF content in future?
2) After spending some time as a white dog there is the scene with another dog which never ends and prevents you from walking. Was that planned to make player unable to move further or is that a bug?

Some yes, like maid drone/robot. But in general it's just null creatures.
Goo wolf softlock is intended, but since it's generally unpopular it has a rework planned.

Thanks for your answers. To be honest this is the first time I see the game which lets you to keep playing as TF without gameovers and etc. And its awesome, I guess I will support the game in nearby future
