Hi! I'm a solo developer working on a post-Soviet theme game to be released on steam, I need portraits of ministers and officials with a soviet ID-photo feel, roughly 10 static portraits at roughly 48x64, displayed at 1x and 2x. I also need a dynamic skyline for a city with reactive states (smoke, light, etc.) and documents and UI pieces (stamps, seals, paper textures, small icons, items...)

Style: muted ochre and brown, cold, bureaucratic, closer to Papers, Please or Beholder than to bright retro platformers.

Tell me your rate (per asset or hourly) and your usual turnaround. I'm happy to pay for one test piece first before committing to the full set.

Send me the portfolio and rates to:

Thanks!

Hello there! I’d love to help you bring that cold bureaucratic Papers Please aesthetic to your post Soviet project. I can easily deliver the 48x64 ID-style portraits  dynamic city skyline states and tactile UI assets you need. Doing a single paid test piece first sounds like a great way to ensure the style and vibe match your vision. Do you already have a reference board or character descriptions ready for the ministers or should I work off general Soviet photo tropes?

Hi! I saw you're after pixel art, so this may not be what you need - but in case your visual direction is still open, I work in a comic/graphic-novel style and happen to have a Soviet-era character set already built, plus matching environments.

To be upfront: I work AI-assisted and refine from there - that's what lets me put together large, style-consistent sets quickly. Totally understand if that's not for you.

Either way, good luck with the release - sounds like a great premise.
