Lovely game for a first go! The theme adherance is good, though some things you mention in GDD and game description aren't in (cost of sanity?). I hade fun dodging the arrows and swords.

I couldnt find where the time ability applied-

My main critiques are: Too smol! I cannot see the detail of the characters or enemies very well. If you made the entire game twice as big it would help a lot.

The mouse to pick up hearts was finicky.

Big one: If you get MORE hearts for your diety, it fails you. So, make sure the heart requirement uses an >= operand.

I love the destructable fences. Nice touch

Thanks for your response! I love the feedback. Players like you are greatly appreciated.

The poor details of the enemies/characters is also due to the art work. It was our artists first time and the art you see is just the prototype art. So I squished it into the right sizes - which broke the resolutions and sent them all over the place.

I welcome any tips/recommendations r.e. game resolutions!

The time ability is mostly fancy wording for now. It is a dash ability that makes the character go invisible and removes collisions. You can dash through fences. At one point you could even warp through tents/houses - but I have prevented this…for now at least…

A lot of the features are in MVP state and require some heavy polishing which we are excited to do after the voting is done.

Thanks for catching that Big Bug - I have already fixed it in our dev branch.

Which buttons would you have liked to use for picking up hearts? R and LMB were voted on by my friends who play tested. But I welcome other opinions.

We will be adding some destructible grass and other objects to the world too. Eventually - you will be able to break the houses too. Houses that the helpless villagers run into for shelter.
