I see what you're talking about. The character images aren't replaced when playing the Cream, Rouge and Vector mods ^^'
Well, not only I don't know how to fix it, but it's currently not y priority at the moment. I'm busy with other projects and my personal life.
In any case, once I'll be able to make better mods of this game one day, this issue will be fixed.
