I have a question almost every student have bag in crimison high but where jun put her school bag i have never seen her carry one

That's a rather specific question with a rather fun answer:
Jun is a bit of a scatterbrain (as we all know) and forgot her bag and/or some of its contents at home on multiple occasions. Eventually, Touka decided that it would be best for Jun to just store her things at school.

Jun has a backpack, and is pictured with it at least once (I think twice, actually, but for sure once) but Vertigo's explanation fits, too.

Everyone who knows me (or knows you, for that matter) knows better, and the rest don't matter.

Here's what you want, Josh.
