what does making elemental cultivation less wasteful mean? is it the same as qi practice costs? (which i don't know as well) also what does action output mean?
You get elemental affinity faster through cultivation And I guess action output is that the action is more efficient and the stat is increasing more quickly (Power, Body, elemental affinity, money...), but that's only my guess
