Thanks for playing and leaving your feedback. The game idea really only came together very late in the month - over a few days really - before the deadline so I didn't get a chance to get any substantial in-development feedback from players. What you've hit on some of things I did struggle with: getting the balance of volume to simulate distance away and getting closer to the player, having to record the enemy voices/words myself and that what was  meant to be an "easy" first round with just 3 letter words to type is not actually that easy. The later waves with longer words have more syllables have turned out to be easier to distinguish. Other people have told me the first wave is quite difficult too. I think I understand your point about using F1 - the log viewer? - but there are actually no visible words for anybody. Some other suggestions I got were to have an easier mode where the list of words is presented at the start of each round/only have stationary enemies and offer more individual volume adjustments to let players adjust to suit them. Thanks again for playing and taking the time to leave a response, I'm always trying to improve my accessibility knowledge and every suggestion helps :)
