My strat: make a run for the gem, buy exit signs and moonwalk always facing the gost (if it stand far let it get closer, ot it might go around obstacles and jumpscare you. (you can find the jem by hugging the right wall and running by it)
I'm glad someone liked the game so much that they developed a strategy for beating it :D

The surround sound was really nice (and scary)!
The ghost teleporter was the worst investment I ever made.

I was looking at the creature when I made the purchase.
The product worked as advertised, teleporting the creature out of my sight.
With horror I realised the concequences of my actions.
Seconds later, the creature got to me, approaching from behind, killing me instantly.
oh yeah, this thing doesn't take into account the player's position :P
Made me jump a bit!
