i went into my settings and changed it from 8 channel to 2 channel and it works perfect, i have the corsair virtuso max

brooo i just got the game and the mic sounds like a robot   and trust me, my mic is working 

i dont understand mine worked for a day then next day it just never worked again or would just record like two clips  now its just not working at all even with the new one   idk what to do

I'm having the same issue that other user is experiencing. My microphone works perfectly fine, but when I tried to hear the recording, I can't hear anything.

Mic doesnt work...  in Mic Test Demo it recorded and i could hear my voice.. now i bought it and still it records but cant here my voice and so doesnt the judges

my Microphone Array dont work...

On Dub mode, i have to reset microphone before every recording because for some reason it gets delayed and getting weird audio artifacts. Same happens when i record really long, uncut dubs. Tried both 0.5.2-dev2 TEST BUILD and older one and same thing happens.  

If it helps: Windows 10, USB microphone.

I'm using my ps5 microphone because it's the best I have atm.  It struggles to pick up loud sounds and yelling parts most of the time.  Is there anything I can do to help it pick up my yelling or is my mic just bad?

Yep, turned out this was an actual issue for me. With Corsair Void Wireless changing from 8 channels 48kHz to 2 channels 48kHz resolved the issue on 0.5.1. Had to change it through windows settings, toggling surround on the headset itself did nothing (and I have it turned off all the time anyway). Also that totally explains why switching to hte monitor speakers worked before
On 0.5.2-dev2 it works with 8 channel audio.

my mic only works when i use my bluetooth headset, when i use my wired mic it doesn't pickup that i'm talking at all :/

I haven't bought the game yet but I did download the demo to test my mic, and my mic was not working on it.  I don't know what specs I should list that would be relevant, but my PC uses Realtek HD Audio Manager, and I am using a headset from the brand "OZEINO" (bought it from Amazon, very good quality, would recommend lol) 

when i bought the game it was working but then all of my mic audio just stopped working even in the saved dubs its gone and I've tried all the solutions  and none work : (

When I hit record on the blue box, my voice audio waveform registers visually, but the red timeline stripe snaps shut and ends immediately halfway through the blue box.

Hi, I’m having an issue with the microphone audio on The Choicer Voicer.

When I test my mic, it picks up my voice fine and clearly records the audio. However, when I try to listen back to the recording, I can’t hear anything.

I’ve also tried using the live microphone while testing, and I can hear myself fine. The problem only seems to happen when recording a dub: I can see that the audio is being recorded, but I can’t hear my recorded voice while watching the dub afterward.

All other audio works normally, including music and sound effects. It seems to be specifically the recorded microphone/dub audio that I can’t hear.

Any idea what could be causing this?
