Fun game. Not something I would normally play but the Art absolutely pulled me in. Well done.

AMAZING CHARACTERS! They are all so gorgeous!! The music reminds me of the word 'Goofy Goober'. It's not a bad thing btw, I just find it so silly. Convo reminds me a few of my friends so it was nice trying to get him to realize a bit about himself. Lovelyyy gamee!

I like really really enjoyed this, guys!

I'm a sucker for characters, art, and writing--this game hit every nail on the head for me oh my gosh. This is genuinely my favorite entry so far, the art is peak, the music is peak, the characters are adorable (I really love Convo...). The characters have very human struggles and feel pretty relatable, the game runs perfectly smooth with no problems, and the theming is well thought out for sure!

Maybe I just have a soft spot for well-illustrated visual novels... but I really enjoyed this one, lol.

I'd say if you continue development: it could be cool to somehow have Convo and Paint interact, and build relationships between everyone in the game. That's the only thing that felt a little "missed," the interactions were all centered around the player as opposed to developing character interactions... but that's also a much wider scope, lol. Seriously, this is pretty great, especially for such minimal time!

I love this one a looooot :)

the little bits of flavor dialogue of the terminal are a small but really fun detail! cute game overall

Visual novel where I haggle down definitely-not-Adobe via the terminal while banger music plays in the background of my wireframe gaming setup. What could I possible complain about, we have achieved peak gameplay, no notes 10/10.

Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed the game and the music <3

I love how the shell talks to you too. I wish there was a route for them too.

I don't play many visual novels, but this one I was actually really locked in for. I messed up my route with Paint and so I ended up playing it twice LOL. I really love what you did here with the writing and theming. Having a game that revolves around getting people out of their "shell" while also being in a computer shell and interacting with them through a shell of your own is just so genius. I REALLY love what you did here. 5 stars.

Interesting that you say that.... there's a little easter egg hidden in the game. Try typing the jam theme into the command line.

Also, thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Absolutely loved this one! Amazing art, really helped to bring the characters to life (loved the depth each of them had)! I chose to fulfill the Paint program because she was my favorite and I’m an artist as well lol! My only issue was the on-screen keyboard being a bit difficult to use/read (tysm for including one though, it helps a ton for mobile users). Other than that, you did an amazing job!!

Super cool game I usually never play visual novels but there was a pretty unique and cool concept and amazing art and audio.
