Hi there! You should be able to get the Brazilian Portuguese version directly from the game downloads here.
If you’re looking for a European Portuguese version, I unfortunately don’t have one. I believe I received an email about a European Portuguese translation project a number of years ago, but was never sent the final PDF (or, at least, I don’t have it saved). Apologies!
