The visuals are super good; sad to hear it didn't work on the web due to shader issues.
Having to restart after falling into the void is painful, especially when movements are a bit wonky (one thing I noted is that the character seems to be able to accelerate infinitely).
This game has a lot of potential. Perhaps there's more content planned after the geometric graveyard scene? Curious to know how the story turns out :o
Very cool game! Didn’t know it could be done this well.
Really like the atmosphere and environment!
Thanks!
Love the geometry and level design you have going on!
Unfortunately experienced a few bugs, but I do wish I could play it to the end because I love the visual vibe and levels you've made
Its cool but the movement feels a little janky
Really like how you worked the theme in! It's very liminal and you create a great atmosphere.
Unfortunately there are a few gameplay things that messed with my enjoyment.
For one, the text is load bearing for the story, but I kept overlooking it because it's small, fairly out of the way, and blends into the background. It's also unintuitive to click through it with the LMB instead of the same button used to interact with everything else. Even seeing [LMB] after every text prompt didn't really help that - I just kept forgetting about it.
To the sound design: The static was a great touch, but the footsteps felt too loud for such a quiet atmosphere.
Finally: I couldn't finish this. On the second waking up, the lamps are placed in the middle of the walkway and I just kept falling off and had to start the game all over again. I just couldn't find a way to maneuver around them, and it got frustrating. Which is a shame, because I would've loved to see where the story was going.
I got attacked by lamps twice and ended up falling endlessly into the abyss both times. I still liked the idea, though
i didn't download it but it looks awesome! you don't have a web build?
Thanks, I tried making a web build but for some reason shaders didn't work so I just gave up on it.
