The music and art are awesome here. Love the vibes, and the music reminds me of the Cult of the Lamb soundtrack, very sleepy and fits the vibe well.
It took me several runs to figure out how things worked and I feel like it was pretty difficult throughout the run, but on my last run I got 7/10 of the patients to sleep, which was really satisfying; all it took was a nice rug and pocket watch, and becoming friends with Satan :P

It took me a bit to figure out how the stuff worked, but playing around for a couple of runs was enough for me, and once I did understand it it was pretty satisfying figuring out the timing for each of the pendants. The upgrades are nice and feel reasonably well-balanced, too; the categories make sense I didn't feel like any one category of upgrade was worth choosing.
One thing I might suggest if you keep developing this would be a little bit of additional visual and auditory feedback, both when clicking and about the timing. Sometimes, for example, it was difficult for me to tell whether I overshot or undershot, when I was close. So some feedback about that would be nice ("Perfect!" versus "Too far" versus "Not far enough" or something like that?), or maybe changing the shape of the target to perfectly match the shape of your current pendant to make it easier to tell how far off you were. I think one additional sound effect might be nice, too, a little whoosh when clicking the pendulum.
All-in-all, though, this is a really solid entry. There's a reason I kept coming back to it even after failing multiple times; I think the core loop here is really fun despite being a challenge. I think it's a game that you're probably not expecting anyone to win on their first run, but once you figure out the rhythm and pattern for each of the pendants it's really satisfying and addicting (pocket watch was my fave). I had a lot of fun with this. Nice work! :)
