Never played pirate borg but I really like the plot, with its humongous candelabra and ichor-regeneration mechanic are super flavorful. A few quick polish suggestions if you do a revised draft: the rumor table use D6 but has 7 entries.,, Don't know if is something standard for the game but seems a bit odd from the outside.
Small typo in the intro text (candelabra OM the middle), and an awkward repetition related to 'near your table'. If you have space, I would liked a few lines describig the hidden entry and a bit more to work with during the advenutre itself.
