Bell: This uses Fl Studio's Sytrus synthesizer (I guess this was back when that was my main synth plugin instead of Vital.) Specifically, it comes with a "dream bell" preset that I modified a little.

Drums: Fruity Drum Synth Live for the most part. "Garden" samples the first drum kick (IIRC) of 5 Step Steve's theme song, which was itself made using Garage Band's drums and distorting them. "Exponentiation" takes Fruity Drum Synth Live and puts it through pitch shifting and reverb to make it sound more like... clockwork, I guess?

One more question before I stop replying to your comments in this specific thread/reply chain (or whatever it’s called), what pluck synth (I don’t know how to call it) does “Garden” use in the intro and in the song? Also, what “aurora synth” (or whatever) does “Exponentiation” use at the start of the song? Also, how did you modify the Dream Bell sound? Nice music!

There's two "synths" in "Garden": the aforementioned distorted drum sound (IDK if that counts as a synth or not) and Synth Bass 101. The "synth" in "Exponentiation" is actually a Tuba from Kontakt's Factory Library (in the orchestral section), but it does kinda sound like a synth now that you mention it. The modifications to Dream Bell was mostly me toning down Sytrus' built in effects and modifying the filters a bit.

Also, my advice is that you don't have to replicate 100% of my particular plugins to get something that sounds like what I have. (This applies especially for Kontakt Factory Library, which is good but costs a bit of money.)

I've been meaning to upload the soundtrack to Youtube some day... in the meantime, some people uploaded unofficial rips on Youtube (which I'm fine with.) Just search "N Step Steve part 2 soundtrack"

You can use the editor and switch through the music settings, and because the music plays in the editor, you can listen to the OST freely!
