This is basically my dad's laptop.
Hits pretty close to home.
Really nice graphics.
Hilariously relatable.

I'm glad you like how the game looks, I spent wayyy too much time on that instead of actual gameplay, not proud of that choice but hey can't reverse it now!

I can relate. I spend way too much time on sprites and graphics and then oh no there's also a whole game to make what an unpredictable turn of events ahah. Don't worry, it looks and plays great for what  you were going for. Have a good jam!

Reminds me of the days when we had to play this game on our actual computers ahahaha. Fun game and enjoyable loop, I enjoyed it a ton.

I like those pop ups ! I wish I had more time to read them LOL.
Actually I also wished that a story would emerge from the pop ups !

Nice "pop" animation ;-)

Developer(+1)

Thank you, haha :D

Maybe I will add a story if I work on the game after the jam :p

The art is stellar! Using the user log-in button as the play button was an awesome touch!

Developer

Thank you lots, I'm glad you liked the idea :p

Good game, simple and addicting! you nailed the feeling of those old laptops that had popups for antiviruses back in the day lol

Developer

Haha thank you! I tried pretty hard to make the game suit the idea I was going for with the old hardware :D

technically there was an end but fun lil game never less

Developer

Welll technically there is no true end but it makes sense that the bluescreen is interpreted as that, thank you for the comment :3
