I love the shell attraction concept! Every time I use it, I feel like I'm tossing a slice of ham towards some dogs because they immediately all go towards it. It's pretty funny! Cool game!
Glad you liked it! Watching them stare at the flying peanuts is my favorite part too.
Hey, another shotgun shell game! Nice!
Lol the play on words shotgun "shell" is a funny concept. The ammo was a little too sparse for the last level but I like the mechanic foundation you've created!
Thanks! I was trying to make the player be conservative with their ammo in the last room but maybe I overdid it lol.
Nice to see another shotgun game!
I like the idea of baiting enemies with ejected shells, I could see it being expanded upon with environmental kills or exposing weakpoints
Thanks! I like those ideas. I'll think about that if I decide to update the game.
This was pretty fun! But I will say that adding just once more ammo reload would definitely help :))
Will definitely tune ammo amount after the jam. Thanks for playing!
interesting idea for a shell-themed game, I like the idea of ejecting ammo to distract enemies. unfortunately, due to the extremely tight ammo budget for the many enemies in the bigger room (if you miss once and can't get multiple enemies in one piercing shot, I'm pretty sure you lose by running out of shots) , I didn't use the mechanic too much.
Thanks for playing! I'd definitely like to refine the shell ejection mechanic after the jam. You lose when a squirrel touches you, but if you run out of ammo and there are no pickups you also can't win. Might need a secondary way to get ammo.
Nice concept but the controls are a little wack on browser.
Thanks for playing. Definitely agree. Would've added a mouse sensitivity slider and key binding if I had more time.
