Altros Studios is a small indie studio. Our current product is Game Demon, a real-time AI coach for Counter-Strike 2. It reads your match through the official game data and screen reading and gives you coaching during the round, not just a post-game stats dashboard. It is live, it works, and it ships updates most weeks. It is early, so the honest situation is: the product is solid, but not enough players know it exists yet. Closing that gap is the role.

We are looking for one growth/community partner who knows how to reach gamers organically, as a real participant in their communities, not as an advertiser. Content, community, creator outreach, short-form video, word of mouth, whatever you are genuinely good at. I build and run the product; I want one person who owns getting it in front of players.

The deal (revenue share, performance based): You get a unique tracked link or code and earn 15% of every Game Demon sale that comes through it. The product is a one-time $14.99 purchase. Everything is tracked through Stripe, refunded sales do not count, and it runs until the first 1,000 attributed sales or $5,000 in payouts, whichever comes first. This is a contractor revenue share, not equity, and there is a written agreement. To be clear: it is not a pyramid or multi-level scheme, there is no recruiting and no downline. You are paid for sales you personally drive, up to a fixed cap.
