BlockCastle — a block puzzle where clearing a line kills the enemies on it. Looking for first-minute feedback.

I've been building a block puzzle that's also a tower defense, and I'm at the point where I need people who've never seen it.

The whole thing hangs on one rule: clear a line, and the enemies standing on that line die with it. That turns "where does this piece fit" into "which enemy do I want gone" without adding a single button or mode. And since placing three pieces advances every enemy one tile, the puzzle is also the clock — there's no move that costs nothing.

20 authored stages and an endless mode. About 90 seconds a run. Browser, no install, no login.

What I most want to know is what the first minute feels like to someone with no context — where you hesitated, and what you expected that didn't happen. There's a short form if you'd rather put it there than in a reply, no login needed: https://forms.gle/KqWrHM5iUU7YUtHc6

I didn't read this page. I didn't read the game page. I never do. I want to see if a game can stand on its own two feet and this one can. It is fun and intuitive. I liked the game even if it did hew a little closer to luck than strategy.
