The election or the revolution are the two current ‘wins’ for the game until more content past that point is done. However, each faction has a different win con. The win con for the Mensheviks and the SRs win by having successful general elections, preferably with them in control. The win con for the Kadets is to win the full war and they accept nothing else. The win con for the Bolsheviks is to have a successful revolution, as they want the entirety of the old government dead, not just the fleeing leaders

Right now there isn’t anything prepared past the point of any of these, so they end the game. Because of this, I don’t recommend playing any of the factions beyond how the game normally does (albeit more successfully). Otherwise you’ll just be losing no matter what. (Because of this, with how difficult the war actually is, I recommend helping kornikov if you want any Kadet victories at all)
