When i go to modpack guides and click open folder the packs appear, but dont appear in game. Tried to create new in customize but the create new button is greyed out

Can I get a refund? this game is too difficult... no tutorial worked and its too complicated to go through

I would like a refund, please

My game crashes as soon as I try changing any of the settings. Literally unplayable because I can't select my mic.

Hello, I'd like to request a refund. I bought the game expecting to be able to play the meme/dub content, but I haven't been able to get the packs working or appearing in-game. I also didn't realize that much of the content needed to be downloaded separately. I've tried getting the packs working but haven't been able to. I'd appreciate a refund if possible. Thank you.
