how do i get a refund? packs don't work at all. Tried putting them into every single folder and still did not work. It says there should also be a dub folder but there is not a dub folder for me. When i go to modpack guides and click open folder the packs appear, but dont appear in game. Tried to create new in customize but the create new button is greyed out
