"Oh look a cute game about counting sheep!" I said...but this ended up being probably the most difficult game I've played so far this jam :P
You have to be so precise, and you have to count so many of the sheep! I appreciate a good challenge, but I probably would recommend turning the difficulty down just a bit, either by making the hitboxes more forgiving, or having fewer of the sheeps that actively swerve away from you, or giving a little warning when the shooting sheep are about to fire. That said, it's definitely doable if you learn the patterns and pick your sheep carefully.
While I might have turned the difficulty down just a touch, to be honest, it was the difficulty that kept me coming back. I'm glad I stopped keeping track of my number of attempts, but it was a lot. That said, the difficulty made it all the more satisfying when I finally saw this:

Art and music are both stellar. The music sets the vibe perfectly, and the art, while simple and minimalistic, is some nice spritework. The color palette was a really nice choice, too. Everything feels really cohesive and intentional, and it all fits.
This was a great game; in the end, I had a blast with it despite yelling at my screen a little bit :P Super addictive; I just had to keep coming back until I beat it!
If you hadn't said so on your itch.io page, I would NEVER have guessed that this was your first game. Amazing job; you should be really proud of this!
