I also had some issues downloading the file from Mega over the last few days where it would freeze at around 20% and I have never had any issues in the past downloading from Mega. Today, I was successfully able to download the file with no issues. I don't know what the issue was the last two days. My suggestion is if you're having issues downloading, wait a day or two and try again, since that is what worked for me.
