i loved the colors in this entry and the world changing mechanic :) The graphics are good. The sound can feel repetitive but it fits with the game. Very good job here.
Really cool game, really enjoyed the art and the colours, and it was neat seeing how it changed each night!! :D
Thanks for playing and the kind words!!!
Cool game! I liked how the world became weirder and weirder each time, you really captured the feeling of dreaming. The style was really unique and the world, especially the buildings along the streets, looked amazing. It did feel a little laggy but besides that it was great!
Thanks for playing and the kind words!! Yea probably should've optimised it better for web especially
I got really engrossed in this. i like how the world itself operates on "dream logic;" you're job feels like work but doesn't really make sense, and the levels give the impression of a cityscape but don't really make any sense on their own (kinda like the dream city in the film Brazil, if you've seen that). even the spooky bit at the end feels very much like something your brain would deliriously conjure up, rather than any logical concrete threat.
lots of games in this jam (even my own submission) use the idea of dreams as an aesthetic or a mechanic, but this one really captures how it feels to dream, which i think is very admirable and cool.
Thanks so much for playing and the really kind words! Now I gotta check out Brazil!!!
It seemed to me that, day by day after work, different buildings were filling the skyline—I liked that. I was also startled by the last bed, where someone suddenly got up.
Thanks for playing!!!
The environment and vibe of this one is perfect. I found myself pulled in by the caving walls and mangled lightposts. Really dig it
Thanks so much for playing and the kind words!!!
Absolutely love the dithering and general look, the ending spooked me a little too! Would love to see more games with this style, well done.
Thanks for playing and the kind words!!
