When investigating Sparktail's Shed, you run into Scrii Mindthief. She mentions that that it's a hassle to find a Stud with some reach. I'd like to see an alternate scene if you have used a Draft of Lamia Coilcock.
It's already possible to give yourself both genitals at the same time. I don't think that every race needs an option to start as Intersex/Futanari/Hermaphrodite (However you want to say it). But having at least one that could be would be cool.
The ability to gift items to people. That way I can give them a potion of Virility or Fertility before I sleep with them. Or maybe I want to give them Body Modification potions. The Lamia even gives you a Titification potion and says to give it to one of your friends.
When you try to drink Alcohol during pregnancy have a pop up preferably that says no, but at least give a Warning about drinking while pregnant. Have an alternate date with Mork Fuzzybutt if you are pregnant. Just a change of drinks is fine.
When you are pregnant with multiple babies and they are ready. Have one birth as twins or litter, instead of two separate events.
Have a spot in the daycare for Eggs
On Level Up Screen could you add Base value next to the modified value of each stat. Right now it looks like it shows the modified value. If I change my equipment, it will change the number. So while Leveling up it would be helpful to see the base value just in case I change my equipment.
