Models are great! I was a bit confused during the cinematic; everything was like in slow motion. But the kids world is pretty cool! Great Idea for a game!

Thank you very much. Yes, it hasn't been polished yet—thanks for the feedback, too. I'm really glad you like it.

Oh, just a quick additional explanation—since I didn't get around to it earlier: the 'E' key toggles between build mode and adventure mode. In build mode, the mouse scroll wheel adjusts the height of the block being placed; blocks snap to others and solidify. If you make a mistake while building, you can right-click the misplaced block to remove it. You can build houses, bridges, or anything else. I had planned to create various levels—ranging from building barriers to constructing houses—but I didn't have enough time during this game jam session.

The story is also currently incomplete; the intended ending involved the child pressing the TV remote to watch an action-adventure movie, becoming engrossed in play, and drifting into a realm of imagination—perhaps a dream—only to wake up with the toy in hand upon "losing" the game.

Very ambitious project!

The intro is really cool, although there was some weird timing issue that sort of made it look like the dad yeeted the kid into the living room. The build mode was fun and had tons of pieces, although not being able to move the camera up and down was a bit annoying. Is there something else to do after you get rid of all the angry bunnies?

There was some weird shading problem all over the place that at first i thought was z-fighting, but then it looked more like some shadow glitches?

Good job!

Thanks a lot—I'm really glad you tried out my game. Yeah, there are still quite a few unfinished parts; originally, the story was about a father trying to help his child, but due to the deadline, I changed it so the father gets angry at the kid and throws them into the living room—though he catches them again, hahaha. Oh, I forgot to mention that you need to press the 'E' key to switch between build mode and adventure mode. Also, there seems to be a glitch with the toon shader shadows that I'm still trying to fix. Thanks again, and thanks for the feedback.

No problem. it was nice to toy with :D loved the candy town design. i did notice it was possible to toggle the build mode in my second try after watching your video. my first run ended with the kid falling infinitely after i failed to build the bridge to the town :D

Wow, thank you so much. Ah, you're right—I ran out of time to finish it, haha. Sorry about that!

no worries! it's really tough to cover everything needed when there's such a short time
