Finally got around to trying this one, and I had a great time!
The game is really high up when it comes to quality. I had no bugs, the quests get noted down properly, nothing spazzing out, etc.
The writing is stellar, there were no moments where I thought the plot had holes, or passages that didn't make any sense. For something that throws science, medieval sections, aliens, vampires and magic into one pot, that is quite an accomplishement. But setting everything in a hyper classified research facility lends the whole thing a sort of credibility. Like, of course "that" could show up here, it's like Area 51, they have dozens of secrets.
Despite the gameplay being mostly running back and forth doing errands, it never felt boring. Progressing the story slowly opens up the buildings, and old locations periodically get new events that keep them fresh and relevant. That whole subplot for the two rivaling restaurants is just fun, the whole thing.
And of course, the weight gain content. There already is loads of variety in how it was implemented, so I never had an experience of "oh, that is just like quest x, they must be running out of ideas".
So I'll gladly await the continuation of Sector C. Can't wait what the two we have to visit for the fake ID have in store for us. (Also, I wanna have a name for the slime girl already)
