Well,i have done the a gift for melissa and I've progressed with lily too. I evengot the cutscene where i follow chloe to the club but after that she just doesnt show up at all on screen

I don't know how that's possible. We fixed that bug, and everything is working fine for us. Did you not complete the "Indebted" quest?
Nope because i have to do the get back at Chloe quest first. I will retry again and let you know,thanks for communicating tho
