Great game! I like how it subverts the vampire survivor formula by taking away from your move set after every level, that's such a fun twist and great interpretation of the limitation (woaw that rhymed)

Yeah, that's what we were going for :) Happy to hear you liked it! (nice rhyme btw)

A very engaging game; I've made it to wave 5 so far.

First things first: Amazing reload animation.

The start of the game is very fun, with the wand being able to auto-fire and homing, as well as the dash being so fluid.

I will say that the gameplay feels more punishing the longer I play the game, because I am only losing power. I understand that it makes it fit with the theme, but it really just makes me want to stop playing.

If you were going for a dark souls/foddian game feel, A few predetermined "boss" enemies may have done better than randomly spawning small ones, because that would allow the player to learn the patterns, instead of dying to rng. Just my opinions.

Great work!

Thank you for your feedback! Tbh, balancing the game and dealing with the player's frustration when losing an ability were among the most challenging parts of the game's development. We were also thinking of adding some predetermined boss fights post-jam, even though we really loved the chaotic fights with multiple smaller enemies.

Nice game!

The rabbits and magic wand are a great combination. I didn't get very far though, I'm really bad at this kind of game! 😄
Great job!
