If you don't have it you'll need to join our discord and contact staff about it. All emails were sent with maybe only 60 hard bouncing. The email that made the purchase is important even if you changed your email connected to your itch account it will still be sent to the original one.

can we have a solution that does not involve joining your discord, please? i have also not received the email, and requiring me to use a third party app is not an acceptable solution.

You'll need to confirm both email and payment receipt if you cannot find the email delivered to the original address. That is why we use discord, to confirm.
