I think this is the first adventure game I’ve seen in the jam, and I really liked it! Adding some enemies or guards protecting the starts could make it even more interesting. Nice job!

Good game! The idea is simple and easy to understand. The only problems I noticed were that the fullscreen button didn’t work, and the music stopped after a while and didn’t continue.

Also, I couldn’t get the last star. How do I get to it? :)

HEY! Composer for the game here! To get tho that last star, you want to run around to the right side of the map and there should be a ramp that goes upward. Underneath that there is a little hole in the wall that you can actually walk through to get to that star!

Cheers!

Nice little first jam game! 🌟✨

I really like the simple idea of collecting stars and rebuilding constellations it fits the STARGAZING theme really naturally, especially with the real constellation references. 🌌

The atmosphere is also pretty relaxing, and the music + SFX work really well with the experience. I especially liked the little effect where objects become transparent when you walk behind them nice touch!

For the next version, I’d definitely add a small tutorial or some in-game guidance, so players immediately understand where the stars need to go. A little story/context about who you are and why you're repairing the constellations could also make the game feel more meaningful. ⭐

And visually, making the player character match the environment style would make the whole presentation feel more polished.

For a first ever jam, this is a really nice start! Keep going and keep making games! 💪🎮

Congratulations on your first jam submission! 🎉 And if you have some free time, please play my game too and leave me a review I’d really appreciate your feedback! ❤️

Gameplay 3/5 - Simple but it works well.   The ability to run would have been nice but not a deal breaker.  Maybe add in some kind of narrative for your next game, just a little something to say who the player is and why they're doing whatever.

Creativity 2/5 - It's fine for a new developer who's learning.

Art Style 3/5 - The low-poly assets looked good.  The player character was a bit mismatched with the environment but it wasn't too bad.  Having things turn clear when you walked behind them was a nice touch.

Audio 4/5 - The music and sound effects were good.  Maybe could have used a few different sounds but hard to complain here.

Theme 5/5 - It definitely fit the theme and I like that you mentioned specific real constellations.

Composer here, thank you for the compliments!

Very simple but honestly it's pretty good! Fullscreen didn't work so I had to move closer to the screen to see what I was doing. It's a bit slow and not very challenging but it's fine, especially given what the theme evokes. Presentation is decent but the character looks a bit out of place. If you could find a character in the same style as the assets you used for the environment, it would make it look more coherent.

I don't understand what am I supposed to do. I collect the stars but I collected just one star because the other was stuccked. A little bit of tutorial or explication in the pause menu coulod be useful
