I was definitely enjoying myself by the end of the game. But I was certainly confused at the start. It must be tough trying to balance exposition with story telling and handholding tutorials with the ability to just go out and explore. You did do a good job with highlighting the most important things - eat food, and kill your targets. But like, the first time somebody attacked me I was so confused and had no idea if there'd be consequences for fighting back, lol.

The music choices were lovely, I loved the graphics, the map really was great after I worked out there weren't any consequences for doing things in any order and snooping around. The worldbuilding was really interesting too. You did a great job at cramming a bunch of interesting tidbits in there and balancing how much detail to go into about them. Like. Spider people? Flesh golums? Selkies? Very cool stuff.

Vaya, I'm so glad you had a good time! Thank so you much for playing my first professional game. Please look forward to the next game in the series, All the Promised Burn, which is far more coherent and better designed (I hope!)
