am i correct to assume that the spreads are "wrongly numbered" - ie they are meant to have the odd-numbered page on the left, and the even-numbered page on the right, the opposite of what it's usually done?
(if so, you may want to add a blank page after page 1 or 2, so that the whole PDF is easier to "print right" for people)
