Hey couldnt it be possible to just swap the name? like instead of calling it mind control call it something else that works similar to mind control?

Probably not, they are talking about concepts so spinning a different name or even something that could be argued to be similar can easily still see things get banned. It's censorship plain and simple. No idea how this entire situation ends as with some of these bans they are too broad that someone will either try to make a point or they are designed to be tools of convience.
i proposed it because i know a few other games who have it and its kind of the main idea of the game too but from what i know they dont have this problem of course i dont know the behind of those games so i could be wrong but still from what i know apart from the total ban on nsfw content that happend some time ago i cant say i know exactly wich have problems now and wich dont (and the games as im refering to wich in my point have a similar theme are Love Dolls and Lustful Sin there could be more idk those are just 2 that i had remembered)
The likely answer is that a mine field of reasons is being created to appease payment processors. The payment processors are either wanting to censor or are having pressure put on them to censor.
There are two extremes which are at war right not freedom and security. The more secure something is the more it is tracked and monitored. Things that those in power do not want happening or traded will be targeted and removed in the name of security. The more freedom one has the more horrible things can occur without being traced.
The world in general is heading to a multitude of surveillance states where everything is tracked and monitored. Either from the governments trying to "protect" their citizens or from companies harvesting data to maximize their market advantage and remain monopolies/oligopolies. Regardless of which group wins the surveillance war and becomes the leading power of the world they have their views and agendas.
