We're a newly founded team of 5 working on Episode 1 of our first Ren'Py AVN. Using DAZ characters, but rendered in Blender.
The game is primarily story based, cinematic and linear, with dating elements and NSFW scenes, but the emphasis is on the storytelling aspect.

We have a popular webnovel writer responsible for the story, three other 3D artists, among which is a dedicated environment artist, an animator and a character designer and poser who you'll be joining. All working full time on this project.
We provide access to a dedicated render farm to all artists with an abundance of GPU power and 230GB of vram in total.
Looking for:
A 3D artist with experience in character design, posing and making renders for a given script.
Must have experience with DAZ and preferably Diffeomorphic with Blender, or willingness to learn the workflow.
Have an eye for expressing emotions through stills, cinematic composition and post processing.
Employment Type:
We're incorporated in the EU, you'll be employed as a contractor with a one year contract with probation at the start.
Equity share is possible after at least one year of active work on the project, to be negotiated.
Work commitment:
One year at the start, possibility to extend if the project is successful.

Job Description:
You will be given completed environments and a script with image descriptions. Your job is the character work, finding morphs, wardrobe, makeup, and posing them for final renders. We offer a render farm that you can submit jobs to remotely, so you do not need to render on your own machine.
