Sorry to leave you hanging, not sure why I didn't see this earlier. I will definitely announce the public release of Chapter 3 a bit before it comes out. Whether I announce the substar early release will have to be a call made when it happens. To some degree I like to keep that a "soft launch" with a smaller group so I can identify bugs and other issues before it goes out to a wider audience. But we'll see.
