AI Tools Used
Built with an AI coding assistant for essentially all of the game code — vanilla JS + Canvas rendering, the charge/overload mechanic, enemy waves, WebAudio synth for the sound effects, and the leaderboard worker. The icons and cover art were AI-assisted (procedurally generated on a canvas). Concept, gameplay tuning, difficulty balancing, and playtesting were human-directed and refined.

I like the firing mechanic, it feels good to charge and rapid fire. very good game !
very fun little game, the core mechanics are working awesome. great work.
Nice stuff! It would be great to support both landscape and portrait by rotating the gameplay as I don't think much would need to be tweaked aside from the menus. When multiple targets get hit at once the sounds work well but I think having some kind of combo or something would be awesome. I really wanted to be able to move for some reason but I understand why it wasn't included. Good work!
I love the clean, modern art style, the growing VFX, and the SFX — they all fit together so well. I also love how naturally the charging mechanic connects to the theme. I can really feel the experience behind the design, and it gives me a lot to learn from.
nice job, great theme use!
Just played once, got the score of 98,500, nice simple game that builds up tension when there are more and more orbs! Will try to play a few more times to beat higher score when I got more free time.
tried it a few times, got 270k. got the badges and stuff.
sometimes the combo would reset and i wasnt sure why, as in i didnt get hit or miss. also playing onpc and if you go fullscreen you can see much further, if you go out of fullscreen then you cant see
expanding the combo system could probably bring me back!
81425 score ! i like this, clean laser shoot ray
81,425 is a seriously strong run — that's deep into the heavy-ion waves, nice! Glad the full-charge beam felt satisfying; getting that "clean laser" pierce feel right was the thing I sweated most. If you go back for another try, see if you can beat it with tighter overhold discipline (riding right up to full without tipping into OVERLOAD) — there's an all-time leaderboard and 8 badges to chase too. Thanks for playing and for the kind words!
