Themes
"Cleanup Crew" - this one gave me the initial idea for the game! i noticed there were (at the time) ~3 days left in the jam, and wondered if i could get together a small game before time ran out.
Tooling
- Aseprite for pixel art
- Audacity for layering sound effects
- Moody used GarageBand for the music
- VSCode for writing code and debugging
- SDL3 and Emscripten for the platform layer
- the jane programming language
Pre-Existing Stuff
- most source sounds are from packs i already had
- the vacuuming sound was sourced CC0 on FreeSound, the GOAT!
- i used nanofont4x3 and monogram in the game, and they're credited on the game page

Great spin on the brick break game. I like how the bricks create dust for you to vacuum up for extra points! Very well done!
Fun and interesting take on breakout. Everything feels very polished and its fun to play. Great job!
Such a fun idea! Well done and I'm sure with more time you could extend it to have more different tiles, extras, etc. Well done!
Really love this new twist on breakout, makes it feel even more dynamic! :D Also like the engaging music and SFX. Only the bricks look a bit out of place. Would make more sense if they looked more like being made of wood imo. And more variation in level design would be cool, like having different toys lying around with different behaviour, but for being made in 3 days this is really great~
Not too challenging but fun to play. The overheat is a great addition on top of the classic idea, and the way you engaged with the theme is very original. Nice job for just a few days of dedication!
Omg a fresh take on a childhood classic! I love it! Made it to LV 5 and will come back to play all 25 levels hehe
