Themes
"Gotta Go Fast" (rate at which rocks disappear increases, forcing the player to click on them more and more faster) and "You're Not Allowed To Win" (this is an incremental idle game in which there is no clear ending, meaning you can neither lose nor win)
Tooling
The game is built using the LibGDX engine. I partially used the mechanics from my game, which we're releasing on Steam on August 31st. The main challenge was adapting them to the small 64x64 screen while preserving the feel, dynamics, and genre features. The strict design constraints force me to rethink certain approaches and patterns.

Variety and graphics are nice, but gameplay is really shallow.
Main point of clicker games is to give the player a sense of accomplishment by allowing them to gain power in geometric progression. This game doesn't allow for proactive progression and upgrades your gear automatically. That would be something, but it seems the better the pickaxe is, the worse it is at doing it's job. Cracking the same stones takes longer the more you play, which doesn't feel right.
I do like the idea and the graphics. Not much else to say though.
cool to see a game made with libgdx, not many of them around. As for the game, there isn't much though graphics are nice.
Im not a fan of this marketing strategy, but this game feels great to play!
Nice idea for a minigame! The graphics are pleasant, though the large sprites and recolors mean visual variety is a bit limited. The experience felt super lightweight on actual gameplay, so it wasn’t quite my cup of tea personally, but I can definitely see this kind of relaxed experience finding its niche audience. Nice job!
That’s a great idea, even though I’m not a fan of that kind of thing.
It’s beautiful and really captivating!
simple and easy to understand. thank you for making both the left and right mouse buttons work. i wish i could have spent the amount i collect on upgrades, but it was still fun!
This is a pretty fun, addictive idle game! I love watching numbers go up, and the art style is awesome. Nice job!
Thank you for your nice feedback!
