Based from an ask from 2024, having three male LIs was a spur of a moment kind of thing.
The devs did say that that Keyframes is not a dating sim in a recent ask. Yes, you can date any of the three LIs but it's more of a bonus and you will not be punished if you want to focus on your relationships with Reynah, Deja and/or Cameron instead.
