I replied to the email about the key to this page but never recieved a reply
We've had to go through hundreds of e-mails manually, if we missed yours please do just reply to it again now that e-mails have slowed down ^^

I didn't get an email about claiming a new key.
Did you check your spam folder? The e-mail should've been from itch.io. We can't directly contact you (due to privacy laws forbidding itch from directly sharing your email) so the announcement should've come from them instead.
Yeah, I didn't get any new emails from Itch. I even replied to the original "Your purchase of 'Randel Tales'" email, but I've gotten no response.
You can contact us at erosandwich@gmail.com with proof of purchase to receive a key to the new version if you've received no e-mail from itch ^-^
