Another question I wanted to ask: I remember playing a short demo years ago where we could choose the MC's gender. I recall it didn't happen right at the start, there were a few minutes of gameplay before the selection option appeared. Is that still part of any new scene? If so, are the romances genderlocked? (To be specific, can you date Claire as a woman?????)
A long time ago (before the rewrite), there was an option to play as a female and, for player convenience, everyone was bisexual. There were very VERY few instances where the player's gender mattered in that version and there didn't seem to be much demand for a playable female character so I made the change to focus on an exclusively male player character.

I remember getting excited about the game back then because a plot-focused lesbian furry VN is non-existent. Coda has a really intriguing premise, but if I could offer a suggestion, bringing that back would make it even more unique. I know it might not seem worth it if only a few people are asking for it, but if you have any spare time (or even only after the game is completly finished) you’d be making history. But anyway, thanks for the game.
