I wasn’t aware that the form post needed the ticket number attached to it, I’ll edit the post to include a ticket number and hopefully someone can let staff know about it, if that’s possible. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know how this all works, since we don’t really use these forums much at all. It’s hard to express tone over text, but we genuinely do appreciate it!
