I used the mysterious flower and saved the game afterwards, but when I soft reset the flower is gone and the encounter isn't shiny. Is there to fix this like by deleting the last save?
The flower is just a one-time item; it gets destroyed afterwards.
You used the item. Then saved. Thats how using items works.
