I love that you chose to come up with titles, and the choice to tie them to the iconic villains is a great one. In time, Ajax and Von Glauer will be spoken of like other immortal monsters, and your players can say they killed them when. The titles for Invincible's End may be the strongest for me because they feel like an excuse to start a new campaign.

Very fun package here. Definitely echo some of the mechanical notes given so far; I'll say overall I would have liked more unique effects like Immutable or Eye Blast! rather than edges and other normal bonuses, but I like the flavor of all of the options. That said, my favorite is Stolen Genes — even though it does just pull from an existing part of the game, the flavor of it tying to Lord Syuul is absolutely top-notch. Cool stuff, would absolutely love to see more of stuff like this!

Love the concept.

  1. Giving out hero tokens, even if you think it's a little, is a very slippery slope.
  2. Van Helsing isn't appropriate it here. I would use Vampire Slayer, or something like that.
  3. I don't get the subtitle.
  4. Edge and damage bonus is good enough. Increasing a characteristic is very strong.
  5. Direction to the nearest psionic could get ready annoying really fast, especially for the director.

Overall, cool. I'll be using it. But there's a typo and you misplaced the potencies on the last two tiers.

When I clicked this entry I said out loud "oh shit that's a great idea". And it is! :D This really feels like something MCDM themselves could (and maybe should?) have done. Really cool stuff!

This is super clever! it gives me as a player an in-game reason to go after iconic villains, and it gives me as a director an excuse to throw them at my players! well done!

Excellent batch of titles. The game definitely needs more of them, and unique options for defeating big name villains is a fun idea! I'll definitely be pulling from this concept in my own games.

Rewards for defeating the unique villains of Draw Steel is a great idea! Stolen Eye is my favorite of the options here, but I don't see the heroic resource cost for Eye Blast listed in the document.

Thanks for the kind words. I think the Heroic Resource cost was accidently missed in the final formatting, it is mean't to be 5. We will make sure to fix it post jam. Thank you for letting us know.

Very cool titles, fun approach to the theme. The Invincible’s End is I think my favourite one, even if very few heroes are going to get much time to play with it.

Very cool titles for what comes next at the end of campaigns. Players will love to earn them.

I recommend adding a line under against all tyrants title, could even just be "Titles for defeating the iconic Draw Steel Enemies!” to better orient the reader to the document.

Invincible’s End is perfect. I especially love A New Empire. I can picture my players using this to start a whole new campaign!

Heir Apparent is neat, I love the idea the director can make little side quests about the household duties.

Stolen Eye is also so cool. I love the idea of the players carrying around a jar with an eye ball, or a player replacing their own eye!

Honestly, there are not enough titles for this game.  It's great to see more out there.
