so... what exactly does a stage do? I managed to do get to stage two and all the happened was a new goal and thats it got nothing for the floors I had.

Thank you so much for the honest feedback! You're completely right—just raising the goal amount without changing the gameplay or adding new mechanics makes the progression feel empty.
